Although orders are posted same day or next business day, there are shipping delays with all postal services due to COVID-19. Please allow up to 20 days for Australian orders to be delivered and up to 5 weeks for International orders to arrive. Thankyou for your support during this time.
Orders received by 12pm on business days will be shipped that day whereever possible. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Processing times may be delayed during peak or sale periods, and public holidays. We will advise of such delays via our website and social media channels. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice and all shipping time frames are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. On rare occasions, an item may become out of stock at the time of your purchase. If this occurs, we will replace your item with a similar substitute or offer you a refund or credit if a similar substitute is not available.
Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, or delivery timeframes.
If you are concerned about the delivery of your parcel, please contact us as we are more than happy to open an enquiry with the transporter on your behalf.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our one expense. We are also not responsible for processing delays due to incorrect or missing information. Domestic orders within Australia may choose between Parcel Post and Express Post. Pickup at the salon is available.
