We take the responsibility of caring for pets very seriously. They are your family.
Note:
- Breed specific grooms – Cost based on coat condition, behaviour
- Matted dogs – Skill is required to safely removed heavily matted coats. All care is taken , however no responsibility will be assumed for any knicks or cuts, haematoma, skin irritation due to the release of a matted coat. Price will be based on coat condition and each dogs behaviour.

What’s in the Full Grooming Package?
Our full grooming package includes a relaxing Hydrobath with plenty of fresh warm water. Hydrobathing ensures a thorough clean of coat and skin. We love to see anxious dogs visibly relax with the warm massaging pressure of the water. Skin and coat specific shampoo and treatments are chosen for each individual. Very old dogs and very young “learner” puppies are bathed by hand in our bath tub. Our shampoos are professional grooming quality catering to every coat and skin type.
Depending on your dog breed, we offer breed-specific hand trims, a teddy bear cut (great for puppies and smaller breeds), full clip or hand scissoring. Please note: additional charges apply for matting, thick coats or a packed undercoat.
We also offer ear cleaning at an additional cost.
